The webpage at http://fetchspecs.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

 Namecheap Error Solution solved.

This is exactly what i get every other time i am trying to visit my site so when I contacted Namecheap for the first time it did not work.
The guy that handled the issue was clueless and I suffered because of this.
The guy told me to get my Ip address changed and I tried with no result. Not until I met a lady by name Maria Polischuk that the issue was resolved.
She immediately sent me this “Please provide me with your IP address, you can check it here: http://ip.web-hosting.com/
So after checking she found out it was my ip address that is causing the issue for me.
This is exactly what she said ” As far as I can see, the IP address is blocked due to ModSecurity rule triggered. ModSecurity is an Apache module which works as a web application firewall. It blocks known exploits and provides protection from a range of attacks against web applications. Sometimes its rules are being triggered false positively by plugins or theme scripts.”
“Maria Polischuk:Please allow me 5-7 minutes to unblock the IP address” She continued.
In seconds this lady resolved the issue.
So the purpose of this post is to let you know that this type of error is coming from your hosting company and they can easily fix it for you.
I know how it inconvenienced me that I see a good reason to make a post about it and tell other publishers like me that this error is a modsecurity rule that was triggered with the aim of blocking known exploits and then provides protection against attacks coming from webs.
Did this solve your question? Thanks for finding it helpful.
